General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the Rakmo Institute are related to all events and services of the Rakmo Institute (seminars, trainings, workshops, conferences, congresses, mediation, consulting, coaching, book sales). The General Terms and Conditions of Business are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR).
The general terms and conditions deal with the functioning and visits of the Rakmo Institute website (wwww.rakmo.si), regulate the procedure for registering and unsubscribing to an event of the Rakmo Institute (seminar, training or other event), the responsibility of the Rakmo Institute for the content of events, prices and payments, book orders , applications for notifications and requests and orders from other services of the Rakmo Institute (seminars for closed groups, mediation). The general conditions also regulate the protection of personal data and the implementation of the events of the Rakmo Institute.
The general terms and conditions apply to all events and participants / clients alike, unless otherwise specified by the Rakmo Institute in the context of the application for an event.
The general terms and conditions are an integral part of each application form for each event, regardless of the format of the application for the event (in writing, by e-mail, by website, by fax or by other means showing the person and the event on which that person registered ). Any person who subscribes to an event fully, irrevocably and unconditionally accepts these General Terms.
The General Terms and Conditions are published in the valid version on the Rakmo Institute's website and may change from time to time. At the time of registration for an event, the General Terms and Conditions are published, which are published on the Rakmo Institute's website at that time.
Functioning and visiting a website

Conditions of check-in and cancellation of the event
The general terms and conditions are an integral part of the application form for the event (seminar, training, congress or other event) of the Rakmo Institute, regardless of the format of the application. These conditions govern the procedure of check-in and cancellation of the event.
Registration for the event is done by completing the online application form on the website or by e-mail email@example.com. In the case of registration for the event via telephone, within three (3) working days from the application by telephone, we will send the confirmation of the application and instructions for payment to the e-mail address to which the applicant must reply within seven (7) working days with a return message (answers / reply), confirming the receipt of the message and its application, confirming that it is aware of and agrees with these terms and conditions. If the notifier does not do so, the Rakmo Institute reserves the right not to comply with the application and to continue to comply with these operating conditions.
Instructions for payment and the payment deadline for each event (including payment options) are received by all applicants upon registration at the email address they provided on the application form within three (3) working days of the application.
Prices and other conditions (e.g. discounts) apply on the day of the event. The account is issued to the client after the entire payment has been made, or in case of installment payment after the payment of the 1st tranche. The client receives the invoice at the event, or by mail to the address provided. By arrangement, payment can be made according to the pro forma invoice or payment after the event. The payment of the registration fee is validated as a confirmation of participation in the event, which provides the applicant with a place at the event to which he applied.
We reserve the right, in exceptional cases, to waive the performance of the event in cases where there are too many or insufficient applications for a particular event if we find an increased payment risk for the order.
